The sun is shining.
The apple tree is coming into blossom. One pergola is being covered with purple
clematis. The white clematis at the other end of the pergola is full of buds about
to open any time soon. At the back of the pergola the wisteria is budding up.
The garden is turning green all over as trees gain leaves, hostas reappear from
their winter hibernation. The temperature is on its way up. We look set for a
nice Easter weekend. The tourists are already arriving. The pubs are full of
happy drinkers & eaters, sitting outside.
With all these tourists
arriving, we will not be going to the pub over the holiday. The golf club is
not so inundated with people over the holiday season so that’s where we will go
if we go anywhere at all. Crowds & wheelchairs do not mix in our opinion.
