Tiredness strikes again

I’ve got as far as par-boiling some potatoes to sauté this evening. A couple of tuna steaks are out of the freezer, thawing before going into a marinade. (I still can’t help feeling real tuna comes out of a tin.)

It’s a relief that it’s the weekend. We’re both feeling incredibly tired. I can already see next week is going to be tiring. With yet another trip to the hospital for physiotherapy for the Fox and a visit from the garden design company happening on top of our usual routine chore it’s bound to be. The only thing to do is to rest up as much as possible over the weekend in the hope of regaining some stamina for the week ahead. This afternoon may well turn into an opportunity for a nap, a lie-down at least.
