I’m somewhat amazed to see some of the bulbs in our garden coming
into flower. There are the snowdrops that open each day to show their bright
green edged frilly undies & close at night. The daffs are in bud. Now some
of the buds are beginning to yellow up. These I find even more mind-boggling.
The daffs don’t usually arrive around here until March, but these will be
opening up any day now. The fuchsia is covered in leaves - again too early. It’s
a strange season in the garden.
