Another week is upon us. Once more we gear ourselves up for a
week’s worth of trips into Lancaster & the hospital. We’re more than half
way through now. We’re telling ourselves we’ve got this far, we’ll survive to
the end. There’s not much more to do.
Over the weekend the Fox was surprised to say he felt a lot less
itchy than he has for months. Is this a sign that it is working? We fear that
it may only be a temporary relief & come the new year we will be back in
the same situation.
Meanwhile we’re back to old favourites. Yesterday the Fox did a
Kipper & Egg Kedgeree. Today I’m making a Meatball Curry. The Fox has been
a bit off curries of late so I’m all the more eager for this well tried &
tested version. All we’ll need to do is warm it up this evening, cook some rice
& possibly naan bread. Nice & easy after another tiring day.
