Picture time

I’ve just been boning a leg of lamb. We’re having another roast today. The leg is going to be stuffed with mint & garlic so there should be plenty of flavour.

As you may have realised by now, I’m quite obsessed by our garden this year. Now it’s beginning to fill out. The bare earth is disappearing. The plants have become well established & are flowering so much more plentifully.

It has occurred to me I keep on going on about the left hand side & the right hand side. The other day I took some pictures so I thought you might like to see them.

The left hand side with the white lilac tree

The right hand side with the burgundy irsises, lupins & peach rhododendrons

The magnificent pink clematis
