Panic stations

A sudden panic is setting in. We’ve got the date for the op. The pre-op assessment is taking place the day before so we need to only do one trip which is a relief. I suddenly think there’s so many things to get done first. I’m not sure what state I will be in when I get back so as many chores as possible need to be done before we go down. Fortunately we stocked up on some ready meals when we did the food shopping this week so that side of things at least is sorted. I want to get the bed changed & washing done too. Friends & family need notifying. A hotel needs to be booked for at least two nights. A layout of the hospital, with its car parks will be necessary. - it’s a huge place with multiple buildings & entrances. The list goes on.
