I’ve just been making Mexican Freezer Sauce, a hot spicy tomato based sauce. I’m warming up some leftover pork in it. That should make a quick & easy meal after the hospital. I only need to cook some rice while the sauce is warmed up. I’ll also butter some bread to accompany it.
One thing’s for certain. The pork can’t be too bad. I put any tough bits or fat on the bird table. The magpie was soon there gorging on it. One satisfied customer at least.
